1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to spiv2. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and spiv2 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the spiv2 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other medium provided by spiv2 — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to register for or use spiv2's services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the spiv2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. spiv2 takes the issue of child protection seriously and actively prevents minors from accessing our platform.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf and not representing any third party without written authorization from spiv2.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited or restricted from using online gaming services under local laws applicable to you.
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You may only hold one account only on spiv2. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of their balances.

Spiv2 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to verify the information you have provided. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, utility bill, and bank statement. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Spiv2 accepts a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions at spiv2 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Regarding Deposits:

• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be clearly displayed during the deposit process.
• Spiv2 does not charge any processing fees on member deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond spiv2's control.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes depending on the payment method used.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• You may only make withdrawals to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Spiv2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.
• Spiv2 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms while an investigation is conducted.
• Any winnings obtained through unauthorised methods, exploitation of system bugs, or fraudulent activity are ineligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.

4Bonus & Promotions

Spiv2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free cash bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each offer, which will be clearly stated on the page Promotions us.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts will be considered fraudulent.
• Each bonus has wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any withdrawal related to that bonus can be made.
• Spiv2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted should the platform determine that there has been an attempt to exploit that bonus offer.
• Unused bonuses that exceed their designated validity period will expire automatically without prior notice.
• Spiv2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5Member Game Rules & Conduct

All spiv2 members are required to comply with the established game rules and to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited on spiv2:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools that provide an unfair advantage to a player during gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in games involving multiple players.
• Exploiting any technical errors, software bugs, or system inconsistencies to obtain illegitimate wins.
• Communicating with malicious intent, using offensive language, threatening, or harassing other players or spiv2 staff.
• Using the spiv2 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing unlawful activities.
• Sharing your account login details with others or allowing another person to use your account.

Spiv2 uses an advanced monitoring system to detect unusual activity and rule violations. Any confirmed violation will result in disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the breach.

6Account Closure & Suspension

Spiv2 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Identity verification failed or registration information found to be inaccurate or misleading.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the spiv2 customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method used.

7spiv2 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, spiv2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from:

• Service disruptions, server downtime, or technical issues beyond the reasonable control of spiv2.
• Actions or omissions by third parties including game software providers, payment providers, or internet service providers.
• Game outcomes resulting from a member's own interpretation of information available on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third parties.

In all circumstances, spiv2's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

8Privacy & Personal Data Protection

By registering at spiv2, you agree that we may collect, store, and process your personal data for the following purposes:
